Return and Exchange policy
To facilitate our clients we offer the exchange for LA ROSAA purchased articles from LA ROSAA online store only if ;
- An article purchased can be changed within 4 days of purchase from the online Store.
- An article can only be exchanged if it is unused, tags are intact and in its original packing.
- Articles can only be exchanged if the article is not the same as mentioned on the website or the product has any manufacturing defect. ( The policy is for national and international orders)
- Please note that the product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and it will not be considered as a manufacturing defect. (Products are not eligible to change due to this reason)

Note: Exchange and return policy doesn’t apply on items bought on sale. (No return or exchange for sale items).
La ROSAA provides the facility of the order cancellation at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
LA ROSAA reserves the right to cancel orders if the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card decline by the issuing by the financial institution.
