Return and Exchange Policy

To facilitate our clients, we offer exchange for purchased articles from LA ROSAA online and in outlet stores only if

An article can only be exchanged free of cost within 7 days if it is unused, tags are intact.  Rider will bring in your new exchanged order and collect old one from the customer. To process an exchange, contact our customer service center at +92 312 4590531 and email at info@larosaa.com and must mention your order reference number.

Order Cancellation

La ROSAA provides the facility of the order cancellation at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
LA ROSAA reserves the right to cancel orders if the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card decline by the issuing by the financial institution.

Exchange:

At La Rosaa, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, which is why we proudly offer a 7-day exchange policy. This guarantee ensures that our customers can shop with confidence, knowing that if they encounter any issues with their purchase, they have the option to return it within 7 days of receiving their parcel or article.

However, it's important to note that there are certain exceptions to this policy:

  1. Firstly, the exchange policy does not apply if the customer simply changes their mind about the product. We understand that preferences can vary, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns solely based on a change of mind.
  2. Our exchange policy is not applicable to the sale of items. We offer these products at discounted prices, and as such, they are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns under our standard exchange policy.

On the other hand, there are specific circumstances in which our exchange policy does apply:

  1. If a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, customers are entitled to exchange. Likewise, if a product does not match the description provided on our website, customers can return it for a exchange.
  2. It's important to us that our customers are aware that while we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products, we understand that issues may arise from time to time. In these cases, we are committed to making things right for our customers.
  3. In case where we found articles are used/wear or lost its original shape & condition the acceptance of returned articles solely on the discretion of La Rosaa management.
  4. The management has the sole right to change this exchange policy without any prior notice.
  5. The management shall have the right to offer an alternative way to exchange on returned articles and its decision is final and can’t be challenged any court of law.

 

Lastly, it's worth noting that while we cover the cost of shipping for initial orders, the shipping charges for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will not be included as part of the exchanging policy.
